The body of an unknown man was found yesterday, Saturday, September 2, in Brooklyn, new York.
As have told in city police Department, the body was wrapped in a blue tarp and bound with tape. The legs of the deceased were tied with an electrical cord, and the cord attached to the cinder block.
Terrible discovery was seen by local residents, this occurred at the pier near East 58th Street and Avenue U in Mill Basin.
A Brooklyn resident Stephanie Kelso told NBC New York that her friend noticed a blue tarp in the water on Friday night, but they did not attach any importance to this. And on Saturday the body obviously has surfaced so much that it became clear – it’s not just a floating piece of matter.
