The state Korean Central news Agency KCNA reported that leader Kim Jong UN at a meeting with the leadership of the ruling workers ‘ party of Korea WPK, said that launching a nuclear attack on those who impose against North Korea sanctions, and party members are advised to think more about strengthening self-sufficiency (Juche).
The local media was limited to the citations and do not show the meeting on TV, but apparently it means that Pyongyang decided to take a tough stance in negotiations with USA on the Korean nuclear program. Last meeting trump and Kim Jong-UN, on 28 February during the visit of the President of the United States in Vietnam, apparently, was not successful. At least it ended before the time scheduled by the Protocol.
Meanwhile, today in Washington, trump met with the head of South Korea moon Jae Otherwise. Talking with him in the oval office, the President said that the sanctions used to put pressure on Kim Jong-UN, need to abandon its program to create nuclear weapons, and are fair.
Perhaps today’s move of the North Korean media is the answer to meeting trump and moon Jae In and the likely agreement between them. However, the dramatic statements of Pyongyang could be a tribute to the local ritual. The country is celebrating April 15, the day of the Sun (birthday of its founder Kim Il sung) and on the eve of that day the head of the country is simply obliged «to threaten America with a nuclear strike».
