Sunday, 9 June, 19-year-old Lucas Silverio rescued 3-year-old child, throwing himself into a burning 16-storey building on Sunday in the Bronx. First he brought out of the burning house of his grandmother, and then came back for a little Aslin McDonald.
Lucas was not familiar with the Moreno family: he just saw the mother of the baby who was screaming beside herself with grief, looking like a burning house. Leaving my grandmother with my cousin, the guy bravely rushed back in search of Aslin. He found the girl on the 14th floor, despite the smoke and flames, but both received severe burns after hit by a pillar of fire from the explosion. The doctors say the young man and the baby received burns to 80% of the body. Miraculously, the boy managed to sneak Aslin from home.

Monday from his injuries and smoke inhalation, died of Aslin. And on Wednesday died and her Savior. Guy studied to be a physiotherapist. The victim’s relatives began fundraising platform GoFundMe to help the family pay for the funeral and hospital bills.
The cause of the fire has not yet been named, but it likely started due to the ignition of a trash compactor. The fire began to spread in the morning, on Sunday, the roof of the building. Firefighters could not extinguish the flames for two hours. In addition to Lucas and Aslin, another 11 people were injured.
