The new leader of ISIS was the Amir Mohammed Abdul Rahman al-Mali al-Salibi — Iraqi extremist nicknamed «Professor».
Two intelligence reported that Salby was appointed leader of the Jihad in October, a few hours after the death of the former leader of the ISIL Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, reports The Guardian.

Salbi «Professor» is a former officer in the army of Saddam Hussein and the ruthless Islamic scholar, also known under the pseudonym of Haji Abdullah. With it was created a terrorist group involved in the genocide of the Yezidi minority.
