Vs Amazon suing because of defective points for the Eclipse

The couple filed in court on Amazon because of poor quality of glasses to watch the Eclipse. They claim that glasses purchased at the online store, they hurt his eyes, reports the New York Post.

Corey Payne and his bride Kayla Harris, who filed the lawsuit in Federal court in South Carolina, saying I bought three pairs of glasses on Amazon in early August, suggesting that they will allow them to safely enjoy the spectacle.

But after a couple headaches started, eyes began to tear. In the following days the vision began to deteriorate, said in a lawsuit.

Payne and Harris stated that they were looking at the Eclipse without glasses.

Amazon has not yet responded to a request for comment on the lawsuit.

Amazon say that since August 10 they began to send the client notification of the parties of potentially dangerous pointswhose producers are unable to confirm their quality. The size of the revoked parties and the vendor the company did not disclose.

But the couple says they did not receive any alerts. They are suing on behalf of all customers who have not received a notification from Amazon and suffered from the alleged negligence of the company.
