This year in quinsam area of long island city will be the first stand-alone «point» one of the world’s most famous coffee chains – Starbucks. The religious establishment will open its doors at the intersection of Jackson Avenue and Purves Street, but rather at 26-14 Jackson Avenue.
Previously, the first floor of this 14-storey building would occupy the office for the sale of apartments in a residential complex Dutch LIC that is located in the neighborhood. But before the end of the year, this place will turn into «Mecca» for coffee lovers, and passers-by with glasses, which depicts the legendary siren, will more often meet on the local streets.
Apparently, this news will not appeal to many coffee competitors Starbucks, especially rostery coffee shop Toby’s Estate, which only in the beginning of 2017 opened at 26-25 Jackson Avenue, that is across the street from the home 26-14.
Soon on the first floor of the building will begin construction work: need to change the trim, install more lighting, hold the tube.
