The Chicago bar with the scandalous dress code may lose liquor license

Tuesday, June 6 at Chicago City Hall a hearing will be held on the future of the bar, The Bottled Blonde, a strict dress code which has caused widespread resentment among the public. Some customers even called it “racist.”

One of the reasons for consideration by the city authorities began multiple complaints from residents of River North about a strong noise that is constantly coming from the institution, as well as garbage and a large number of drunk people on the streets of the district.

But more importantly, the bar sells alcoholic drinks at an the license type – Restaurant Liquor License.

If all the allegations are true, members of the municipality can make a decision to impose a fine, suspend a license for the sale of alcohol or even its cancellation.

Worth pointing out that the reputation of The Bottled Blonde even more deteriorated after the management introduced a new dress code with an impressive list of clothing and accessories that are not valid for entrance to the bar.

For example, if you wear men’s jewelry, shorts higher than 1 inch from the knee, pants of the “strange” colors, Hawaiian and “bad” prints and you have exposed tattoos on the hands, face and neck, according to the casino rules, you were not in dress code The Bottled Blonde.

The administration argues that the fact that the school maintained an “upscale atmosphere”.

But these rules are not enough to enjoy, and angry customers began to «storm» the bar profiles in social networks, expressing his opinion.
