This week it became known that in the village of LaGrangeville in the pool, which is located in the basement of a house, there was 10 sharks.

They were found in August, when officers of the new York Department of environmental protection has made a search of the building, which is 90 minutes from new York. Previously, they received a message that the house was illegal, see wild animals.

It turned out that in the basement pool with a diameter of 15 feet (4.6 m) swam seven surviving sand sharks and three dead – two California trainose and one hammerhead.

Their length varied from 2 feet (0.6 m) to 4 ft (1.2 m), and the age ranged from 1 year to three years. After several years, some of them will grow up to 9 feet (2.7 m).
