The NYPD is looking for two people who approached the elderly man and introduced themselves as police officers. As it turned out, it was the criminals who decided to Rob the victim.
Police say that two men approached the 60-year-old man in a grey car and said that they were officers. As reported by the victim, the driver wore a ID. Without explaining the reasons, alleged the officer told the victim to raise his hands for the search. During the search he took the man 100 dollars. After that, the offender immediately jumped in the car, and the two crooks fled the scene. It happened on September 19, around Ithaca and Britton Avenues in the area of Elmhurst.
The man managed to consider both the criminals. One of them was similar to Latino. He was dressed in a green shirt with long sleeves, black pants and white sneakers. His partner had dark complexion. The victim claims that he was talking in Spanish. When the fraudster was last seen, he was in a light shirt.
