On Saturday, Alexis Harrison and Church group found 4-week-old baby, who was sleeping in the car seat. Found it in the grass about 10 feet from the busy road on Interstate 40.
Alexis, my husband was driving on the highway when they noticed a car seat on the side of the road. They, along with the Church van and another driver stopped to consider that there is.
The woman told KOCO that at that moment she turned to her husband with these words: «Please tell me that’s not what we think.»
Yet their fears were justified – it was thrown by somebody in the baby. Sleeping baby was calm. One of the witnesses was in possession of a diaper, which needed a child.
«It seems to me that the Church van was in the right place at the right time, because they were the first who noticed the child,» shared Alexis.

The local police also found a birth certificate, social security card, flash drive and 6 thousand in cash. They found the child’s mother and transferred the case to the district attorney’s office in Oklahoma. The Agency must make a decision about the fate of the mother – whether her to press charges or not.
