As it turned out, the airport Goose Bay is not equipped to support large aircraft. Passengers remained on the plane about one and a half hours before the airport staff managed to find quite a lot of stairs, so people were able to leave the salon.

The plane did not fly to Los Angeles and CZ went back to the Paris airport of Charles de Gaulle.

Company AirFrance in a statement said that the plane safely returned to France after the establishment of the technical problems.
