The shooter, Stephen Paddock found about 40 weapons

In the hotel room at Mandalay Bay on the 32nd floor, where the pensioner Stephen Paddock shot the 22-strong crowd, the police found 23 pieces of weapons, including a handgun and a few rifles, some with scopes for sniper rifles. And in the house Paddock in Mesquite, Nevada, police found at least 19 firearms, explosives, thousands of bullets and several electronic devices.

A day after the tragedy, authorities and services can’t exactly say what caused the 64-year-old Stephen Paddock to commit a mass shooting. But, based on what was found by police in a hotel room in his house, he’s probably planning something even more brutal.

Was thinking how much worse the #LasVegasShooting might have been. Mandalay Bay is the very last hotel. What if it had been in center Strip? pic.twitter.com/3yVtd9azu1

«We will investigate and track every clue that you can get with his background,» said assistant Sheriff Todd Fasulo.

President trump said that the Paddock was a mentally ill person and assured that the administration will develop a new law on weapons. He also praised the work of the police of Las Vegas.

«How quickly the staff at the police Department was able to get (to the hotel room of the Paddock), it was a real miracle, — tramp drew the attention to the responsiveness of services. — They did a great job».

When the Sheriff of Las Vegas Joseph Lombardo reported that Paddock shot at officers through the door and was shot in the leg guard. When the assault team SWAT busted down the door, the Paddock has already committed suicide.
