Nichols is charged with numerous crimes, including extortion from a minor child to engage in obscene communications. Currently, he is in jail.

Since 1998, trained ICAC considered more than 709 thousand complaints related to sexual harassment of children that led to the arrest of more than 73 thousand criminals. Now the programme is running 45 thousand law enforcement officers, more than 4,800 of the approximately 9200 prosecutors and other professionals in all US States.
