Unknown at the time of the dispute opened fire outside a bar in Inwood

According to police, an unknown young man on Sunday morning opened fire near the entrance to 21 Bar in Inwood.

The suspect who was last seen wearing a dark tracksuit and a black cap with red and white logos, shot the man at the bar located at 4318 Broadway near 184th Street with the victim after a dispute that erupted inside the restaurant.

According to police, two men entered the Bar 21 at the same time. At some point between them a dispute ensued and the administration asked them to leave the institution. Men went outside, and then returned, saying that one of them lost his mobile phone. Then they came out again and continued to argue in the street until the suspect pulled out a gun and shot.

The victim — 22-year-old man with 15 counts of arrests on various charges, was taken the hospital in stable condition.

The suspect who opened fire on the victim, not yet installed and not detained.

Police released the video, which is clearly visible appearance of the criminal and shot.
