Because of a breakdown in the subway passengers are «dying» from the heat

The power outages have led to the fact that the passengers of one train of line F are trapped under the ground almost on station Broadway-Lafayette Street on Monday evening.

Train moving southbound, stuck for 45 minutes on the platform without lights and air conditioning, with the result that people had to spend almost an hour in the dark and sweltering (unpleasant analogies suggest themselves, isn’t it?).

Social media are full of photos and videos from the event, depicting crowded dark cars with fogged Windows. Eyewitnesses reported that in cars it was so hot that you can easily write on glass creepy messages (as, for example, the phrase I will survive – I will survive).
