Cheryl Stiles, the mother of the deceased during the shooting in Las Vegas Charleston of Hatfield, suffered a heart attack a few hours after his funeral.
Charleston, a former military and police of Las Vegas, was buried last Friday. A bit later Cheryl was riding the escalator in the hotel when she became ill, reports the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The woman fell and received a serious trauma of the brain. A few days later when the doctors give disappointing forecasts, the family decided to turn off Cheryl from life support apparatus.
Relatives believe that Cheryl died of grief. «I talked to the chaplain after the funeral of Charleston,» said a cousin of the deceased, Cecil Ralston. «He said that Cheryl was saying, I want to stay with Charleston, I want to be with my son. She wanted to die.»
34-year-old of Charleston Hatfield, a veteran of the U.S. army and a retired policeman of Nevada, was one of 58 people who died at the hands of Las Vegas arrow Stephen Paddock. After his death his wife Veronica found a letter on the computer where Charleston during life made notes about his own funeral. He was asked not to wear black and mourn him. To say goodbye to the man received more than two thousand people.
