A couple from California and their two daughters, who on Sunday went missing in Brazil, in the Delta of the Amazon, is found alive and unharmed.
Adam and Emily Harte and their children (age 7 years and 3 years) affected, except that from insect bites, but otherwise I feel good. This was told by Sergio Chen, a representative of the Department of public security of the Brazilian state Pará.
According to Chen, the family sailed on a boat down the Amazon when they were attacked by pirates, taking Californians hostage. Later, the boat is found, but pirates it was, as the families Hurtle.
«I know Adam, he certainly took responsibility for the salvation of their relatives», — told The Guardian family friend, a resident of Los Angeles, Colby Guillory. «They probably jumped from the boat to be saved from pirates and hide in the jungle.» And so it proved.
