Rand Paul is recovering from his injuries — five broken ribs and contusions of the lungs. It is unclear when he will return to Washington, said the Senator’s aides on Sunday, saying that the injuries which he received Friday, much more serious than originally thought.
The Republican Senator from Kentucky and candidate for the presidency in 2016 allegedly attacked his neighbor is a 59-year-old Rene Boucher, who was charged with assault in the fourth degree.
