Recall that in July 2015 the 31-year-old Catherine Steinle was walking with his father along the promenade in one of the busiest tourist destinations in San Francisco. Suddenly, she got shot and the woman collapsed into the arms of his father.

45-year-old homeless man , Jose INES Garcia Zarate admitted that the shot came from his gun, but it was an accident. During the investigation it was proved that the bullet ricocheted before you get to the woman.

Due to the constant attention of the press and the President himself to the case, the jury made the final verdict within 6 days. In the end they admitted Zarate guilty only to the weapons which he found the day before. He faces a term of 16 months to three years of imprisonment.

After was sentenced, the victim’s father, Jim Steinle, told The San Francisco Chronicle: «We’re just shocked – saddened and appalled».

In turn, the President expressed his opinion on this matter. «The infamous verdict in the case of Kate Steinle! – trump wrote in his Twitter, and use the occasion complained of illegal immigrants. No wonder the people of our country so angry with illegal immigration.»

The jury was not told the killer of Kate was a 7 time felon. The Schumer/Pelosi Democrats are so weak on Crime that they will pay a big price in the 2018 and 2020 Elections.
