City police Madison (Wisconsin) have arrested a Barber who deliberately cut the ear of his client. First, the Barber asked the 22-year-old man not to fidget on the chair, and sit quietly, and then apparently got angry because of the disobedience of the client, cut with scissors on his ear. The offender is not stopped. He took the clippers and shaved the client strip down the center of the head under «zero», leaving the rest of the hair untouched. What was supposed to be the final hairstyle is not specified, but it is unlikely that the client was counting on that.
46-year-old hairdresser by the name of Khaled Shabaan was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and assault. The detainee called the incident an accident.
