Nine-year-old boy from Los Angeles is injured released into the air by a bullet

Despite warnings from the police in the new year night the bullets flying in the Los Angeles sky. One of them wounded a 9-year-old boy.

The incident occurred in the southern part of the city just after midnight. Someone shot into the air in the 8800-block of Baring Cross Avenue during the Christmas fireworks. A falling bullet hit directly in the shoulder to the child who was watching the fireworks on the street.

At the moment the police are looking for the person on which fault there was an emergency. The injured boy was taken to the hospital — his wound did not pose a risk to life.

The arrow faces liability for violation of paragraph 3 of article 246 of the criminal procedure code.

Two days before the incident the police warned California residents that shooting in the air is dangerous and illegal. In the pre-reminder the guards reported that in the past year as a result of careless actions of celebrating of the companies was wounded in the head man from Los Angeles.
