Investigators and forensic experts are investigating the death of a woman, body which was discovered yesterday morning, January 25, on the sidewalk in Brooklyn.
Police received a call on Olean Street about 6.25. Arriving at the scene, officers found a half-naked bloodied body of the woman no signs of life. Gathered around the excited locals.
«Her leggings were lowered to mid-thigh,» he told PIX11 Dalia Guzman the housekeeper of the house, opposite which the body was found. The woman said that the deceased’s blouse was ripped to shreds.
«It’s definitely something serious, because the place was forensics, homicide detectives,» said living nearby Oleg Tokar whose car was parked just at the site of the discovery of the corpse.
Local residents claim that the area is very quiet, but a little further there is a wooded section of the street, where there were «suspicious person». But, according to neighbors, the police regularly patrol the area.
Later from CCTV footage, it became known that on Thursday night, this place stayed van — maybe just out of it and threw the victim’s body.
Her identity is not yet established, and the cause of death will be determined by the forensic medical examination — at the end of this week or early next.
