On Tuesday morning in Queens and a half dozen car owners found their cars with smashed Windows and headlights.
It is known that vandals damaged 15 cars at Metropolitan Avenue and Park Lane South. Presumably, the criminals ransacked late on Monday evening or early Tuesday morning. Two car owners also said the theft of personal belongings from vehicles.
Residents of the area believe that the affected cars much more than 20, but not all are willing to report the incident because they are afraid of increasing the insurance rate on their vehicles. The police say that the suspects already there, but the information has not been disclosed, so as not to harm the investigation.
