In new York the little girl died, whose mother attacked officers with a knife

On Saturday, April 28, in the city of Mamaroneck (new York) died 2-year-old girl under strange circumstances.

The tragedy occurred in a house on Chestnut Avenue at 1:30 in the morning. Someone called 911 and reported that the child at the specified address in need of medical care. But after arriving on call the police met the girl’s mother with a knife in his hand.

28-year-old Cynthia Arce refused to throw edged weapons and attacked representatives of law enforcement who had to use a stun gun, and after shooting a woman.

In the end, the 2-year-old Gabriella Boyd and her mother was taken to hospital, but the baby could not be saved.

It later emerged that the police already had in their home – just a day before the incident. On hand they had a court order in family court, according to which custody is transferred from mother to father.

«When the police asked to give them the baby, she refused and closed the door,» said attorney Martin Rosen.

Now the protection of the father demands to find out why the police are unable to take the child.

«I have never seen a case where there is a court order, and the police refuses to perform – emphasizes Rosen. – The child was not protected by the police.»

At the moment the cause of death of the baby is unknown.
