72-year-old Kenneth Heller was arrested, after he told staff of the Oceanside School District Kindergarten Centerthat will come to them with weapons.

May 14, a man came for her grandson in a daycare center. Security reasons the man was asked to produce ID. In response to the request Geller angrily blurted out that goes to the car to take not only the document but also the gun.
Returning to the building the children’s center, the man closed the CCTV camera lens hand and began continuously ringing the doorbell, according to local police. Concerned staff called 911. The man was arrested on the spot and without resistance.
After investigation of the incident, Heller was charged with false message about the threat of the 3rd degree. The man was temporarily released and must appear before court on 23 may.
If Geller was a weapon, is unknown.
