Resident of Oklahoma tortured seven small dogs, most of which most likely was a cross between a Dachshund and Terrier.
52-year-old Tracy Garcia became a victim of aggressive dogs
The Carter County Sheriff Chris Bryant reported that the body of 52-year-old Tracy Garcia was discovered last week near her home in Ardmore, about 90 miles South of Oklahoma city.
According to police, the neighbor’s dog attacked a woman and killed her to death. Bryant said that each animal weighed about 40 pounds (18 kg).
Police shot one dog, and the other was euthanized at the animal shelter. According to the expert on euthanasia Amanda Dinwiddie, six dogs were a cross between a Dachshund and Terrierand one border shepherd.
All dogs were from one year to three years, said Dinwiddie. She also said that they had discovered fleas and ticks, adding: «You would think that they live in the woods.»
Police are investigating to determine whether to initiate a criminal case in connection with the attack. According to Bryant, he was transferred to the district Prosecutor’s office for consideration.
According to the obituary, Tracy Garcia was an employee of health care and homemaker throughout her life.
