In the apartment houses of the Bronx, was found dead three-year-old boy, who yesterday was left at home with the boyfriend of his mother.
Last night (24 to 25 may) to the police in the Bronx received a call. The man asked officers to urgently come to a residential neighborhood Sotomayor Houses on Bruckner Boulevard.
Arrived on call police found a three-year Messiah Allen, who was unconscious and did not respond to the actions of the officers. The boy also had injuries on the face and chest, some of them were old.
According to police, near the baby was his stepfather, who tried to carry out cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), but to no avail. The boy was urgently taken to Jacobi Medical Center, where doctors pronounced him dead.
Police are questioning the stepfather of the boy who was supposed to watch him. The police reports, where the child’s mother at the time of the incident.
The pathologist must determine the cause of death. At the moment it is unknown whether it was murder, so the investigation continues.
