Police officers have arrested a man who used foul language, waving his rifle and the Russian flag near his home in San Carlos (state of California).
The police San Diego (San Diego Police Department — SDPD) on Saturday, may 2, around 6:30 PM I received a call: the inhabitants of the house complained of his neighbor, who was running down the street with weapons and the flag of Russia.

Law enforcement officials arrived at the quarter 7400 to deadlock Rodel and after a brief confrontation detained the troublemaker. As it became clear that the weapon was not real — it was the air rifle for airsoft. Officers took the man to assess mental health in a special institution.
Neighbors told a local television station OnScene TV that this is not the first such outburst from the neighbor. According to them, the perpetrator came from Russia and the outdoors, often shouting «Fucking USA!» (F**k the US) and «Damn San Diego!» (F**k San Diego).
One neighbor told me that on the same day, in the morning she had a conflict with a man due to the fact that he «drove» the car on the street. A little later, closer to lunch, he was seen sitting in the front yard with a bottle of «Hennessy»: it is wrapped around the body of a Russian flag and swore, and then turned his weapon in the direction of a neighbor with whom he had a quarrel.
According to neighbors, the police, at least 4 times came at the same address after complaints of a man. SDPD does not name the detainee.
