Who killed the guy in the Parking lot in Florida don’t press charges

Last Thursday, in the County of Pinellas, Florida, near one of the shops was killed by 28-year-old Marquis Mcglockton. However, the right keepers believe that the killer is not facing trial.

That day Mcglockton came with his girlfriend Brittany Jacobs and three children to the local store. Parked car in a handicapped spot, a man and his 5-year-old son went to the store. The car came to Michael Drake, who began to shout at the girl left in the car with two other children, from-for incorrectly parked the car. At this moment came out of the store Mcglockton and pushed Drake, he fell to the ground — and then Drake shot Mcglockton. Wounded in the chest the man went back to the store where you fell without signs of life in front of his son.

  • in Florida, as in many other States, has a law «stand your ground«which allows citizens in case of mortal danger, or out of fear of severe bodily injuries, use of weapons, including firearms;
  • Drake was licensed to carry;
  • he was assaulted and, according to him the police, he feared for his life;
  • the proof is shooting with cameras.

However, the girlfriend of the deceased believes that this is wrong, because Mcglockton defended it. So do the activists who came to protest. Brittany Jacobs found out that the killer is her boyfriend will not be prosecuted on the news. She still cannot believe what happened.
