In the U.S., the man got 255 years in prison for kidnapping, robbery and rape

The scandalous case of a dangerous criminal , Joshua Flynn, finally got a natural outcome. The court sentenced a man to 255 years in prison. He will be eligible for parole only after 75 years. However, despite such a harsh sentence, the victim’s attacker was dissatisfied with the court decision.

In total the man was charged with 9 counts, including those of robbery, rape with aggravating circumstances and kidnapping. In all the aforementioned crimes Flynn admitted guilty, and now he will continue to serve out their sentences, for each of them. Given that the attacker is now 47 years old, even upon PAROLE, he will be able to enter at will, only when he turns 122 years. Practically, this means that the man finishes his life in a prison cell.

Joshua Flynn is not a simple law breaker. The jury, which worked on his case, unanimously recognized the fact that man has dedicated his life to criminal activity and in each case went to the crime consciously. This became aggravating fact when considering his crimes. The lawyer of the attacker was trying to prove that 3 of rape in his fiction. According to Flynn, the victim joined him in sexual contact by mutual consent. As expected, the court did not accept this interpretation.

«I rarely stand the maximum penalty because they are designed for the most extreme and egregious crimes, and I am convinced that this is the case,» said judge Steven Hur.
