Dispute group of children was the cause of the shooting in Brooklyn center

The shooting occurred at the MetroTech Plaza near Jay Street and Myrtle Avenue around 11:15 am.

As reported sources in law enforcement agencies, the incident was a result of a dispute between two groups of children: during a verbal altercation, someone suddenly pulled out a gun and opened fire. The man had to release 2-3 shots.

According to insiders, no one was hurt. At the moment the detainees.

Office worker, who at the time of the shooting was inside the complex MetroTech, told News 4 that all remained in their places, when the police were looking for possible active shooter.

«Shooting in MetroTech… «Welcome to Brooklyn». I miss working at home,» wrote one user in Twitter.

In the MetroTech building are offices for many companies and funds from JP Morgan Chase to National Grid, Slate Media and the Nets.
