In new York, employee of Management on Affairs of children formerly served for 28 years, attacked the child

Around Control for children of new York city (The Administration for Children’s Services – ACS) large-scale scandal erupted. Last Friday an employee of the service attacked a 6-year-old child in the Nicholas Scoppetta Children’s Center.

At clarification of circumstances of the crime, the police uncovered shocking information: it turns out that a man, before you get a job at ACS, has been in prison for 28 years. Now the public demands to bring to responsibility the management of the service, which allowed us to hire a person with a criminal past.

According to police information, 3 Aug 55-year-old Jacques Edwards was on duty in the children’s center ACS. There he used force against a minor child. Male, under mysterious circumstances, throwing the boy into the office, closed the door behind him, and then tried to put a child in an iron cupboard. The police never tell what triggered an attack of aggression. Perhaps the boy something angered employee of ACS.

Soon, the police arrested the man, identifying when checking his identity a surprising fact: Edwards has spent behind bars for 28 years. In 1981 he was found guilty of murder in the 2nd degree. It was released only in 2010, and four years later became a member of the office for children.

Now police are trying to figure out how a former prisoner, received the sentence for such felony, has managed to get a job at ACS. The service manual does not give about it any comments and limited to only the official statement.
