During interrogation, watts claimed that his wife Shannan strangled daughters, after he demanded a divorce. According to defendant, he had an affair with a colleague. On the monitor baby monitor the man allegedly saw her strangling one daughter, Celeste, in the other, Bella was already «livid».
«Chris said he flew into a rage and strangled Shannon,» said Matthew James, the representative of police of the city of Frederick.
