Law enforcement agencies of Ukraine reported about the detention of an American woman who was convicted of trying to smuggle contraband. The incident occurred at the international airport of Zaporozhye. The woman intended to pass the border control under a simplified procedure without filling in customs documents.

As representatives of the State customs service of Ukraine, a citizen of the United States came from Turkey flight «Sabiha Gokcen — Kiev». Next she chose a simplified procedure of crossing the border, signifying that it is not in possession of goods subject to mandatory Declaration.
