In 2013, the United States deported a Mexican national, and 29-year-old Willebaldo Salinas Garcia. The man suspected in the sexual harassment of an underage girl, and when he was arrested, it became clear that he is in the country illegally. In the end, the suspect was deported. However, this did not prevent him to return to the US and continue their criminal activities.
Wilebaldo, Garcia was arrested in Florida on 7 September for sexually abusing 8-year-old girl. And he did these actions in relation to the daughter of his cousin. It became known later that the man repeatedly abused the child. He had no mother and girls through threats, forced her to touch the genitals, and also «penetrated her with his fingers,» reads the official police report.

His crimes became known on August 24, when the baby could not stand such abuse and told everything to mother. August 31, police Polk County was able to record a phone conversation between the girl’s mother and Wilebaldo Garcia. During the conversation the offender confessed that he had not been drunk and acted knowingly. He apologized to the woman, began to assert that never will do anything like that. Later, however, Garcia changed his mind and said was under the influence of alcohol and does not remember how it happened. But by this time the police had enough evidence against him. As soon as detectives found the location of the attacker, he was immediately arrested.
