Yesterday, 18 September, 23-year-old Avon Stevens, the Prime suspect in the arson of a 4-storey Parking of the shopping center Kings Plaza Mall, appeared before the court.
In the course of the hearing of the young man, who called himself homeless, confessed to the crime. According to court documents to set fire to the Parking lot to his prompting that «others used the parked vehicles for having sex».

Stevens was recorded by CCTV cameras around 8.15 am just before the security Parking lot noticed the fire. The record shows, as he sits in one of the cars in the garage dealer of Mercedes. The accused will remain in prison without the possibility of bail until the next court session.
