The Governor of new York stated that the limo, which caused the accident in Schoharie, which on 6 October killed 20 people last month has not passed inspection and should not have been operated.

Also Andrew Cuomo said that the driver (whose name was not reported) was not licensed, required to manage limo.

According to the Governor, Prestige Limousine company, which was a vehicle — closed until the investigation is completed.

We will remind, the accident occurred when the driver of the limousine, not stopping at the intersection, drove into the Parking lot, crashed into the SUV, which in turn hit and killed 2 passers-by.
