The passenger with the «emotional support» squirrel was removed from the flight (video)

The passenger was removed from the flight by Frontier Airlines from Orlando (FL) Cleveland (Oh) after she came on Board… with a squirrel. The woman insisted that it was her «emotional support animal».

The incident occurred yesterday, October 9. As it turned out, before the flight the passenger has indicated that will with the animal helper, but did not consider it necessary to inform you that it’s a squirrel.

The woman stubbornly refused to leave the aircraft, so the crew had to call the police.

«Police escorted the passenger to the main terminal. Rodents, including squirrels, are not allowed on the Frontier flights,» said the airline.

Eyewitnesses filmed a video in which a woman taken from the plane in a wheelchair, and she proudly shows to the other passengers the middle finger.

The flight to Cleveland at the end still took place, but a two hour delay.

This is not the first such incident at the airport. So, in January, a Brooklyn resident tried to fly from Newark to Los Angeles with his peacock named Dexter.

From 1 November the company Frontier Airlines is changing its policy regarding emotional support animals. The airline will take on Board only cats or dogs, and the notice must be provided 48 hours before departure.
