Today (October 21) early in the morning in apartment in Manhattan was found dead 70-year-old woman.
About 4:50 a.m., 911 received a call. Concerned people were asked to check all is okay in the apartment on the Upper West side at 710 West End Avenue. According to him, he was a business partner of the women living in the apartment.
Arrived on the scene the employees of the police Department of new York (NYPD) found a 70-year-old Susan Trott is in her bedroom with her throat cut. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the NYPD, signs of forced entry into her apartment was not. Police are investigating the incident as a homicide, but so far no arrests have been made.
At the moment it is not known, the deceased lived alone or with someone. As well as reported missing something from the apartment of the deceased.
The police reported that the murder weapon was found in the apartment Trott.
