A resident of Salem, a friend whacked in the head witch cauldron

Don’t know about you, but in Massachusetts already getting ready for Halloween. Although, of course, a very… unconventional way. The police of the city of Salem shared a funny (and sad) story that happened last weekend.

As it turned out, the two men were in the cottage adjacent to the Crow Haven Corner shop that sells magical wares, including boilers. (Some of them are right on the doorstep of the store.) Quarreled, acquaintances ran out of the house, continuing the disassembly on the street, at the store. There Nelson and inflicted a blow witch cauldron.

According to police, the detainee, a 35-year-old Corey Nelson, was in a state of alcoholic intoxication. However, at the first hearing in Salem court on Monday, October 22, guilty he did not recognize.

Salem (Salem) is one of the oldest cities in New England. The settlement was founded by fishermen in 1626.

Old Salem was known for its puritanical mores. The ugliest manifestation of intolerance began the massacre of local residents over the witches in 1692-1693.
