The attack in Pittsburgh was the bloodiest act of anti-Semitism in the United States

At least 11 people were killedwhen the shooter opened fire during the ceremony of naming children in the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh (PA).

6 people were injured, including four police officers who first arrived on the scene. City officials said that the shooting is being investigated as a Federal crime of hate.

Anti-Defamation League called the incident “probably the most deadly attack on the Jewish community in the history of the United States.”

The suspect was arrested. This 46-year-old resident of Pittsburgh named Robert Bowers, who earlier wrote anti-Semitic messages on social networks.

So, literally two hours before Bowers broke into the synagogue and opened fire, he has published on the website Gab.com the message, «dedicated to the» Jewish society for assistance to immigrants (HIAS) is a non-profit organization which assists Jewish refugees to move to the United States.

«HIAS attracts aggressors to kill our people. I can’t sit quietly and watch this,» wrote Bowers.

Representatives Gab.com said that as soon as he learned that the suspect had a profile on their website, and immediately contacted law enforcement.

As it turned out, Bowers previously posted, for example, this message: «racial diversity is the pursuit of the last white man.» About a month ago, he posted photos from the range and a collection of three guns, which he called his «Glock family.»

One of the messages he stated that he did not vote for President and trump accused the President that he is a «globalist, who did nothing to stop the «infected» United States Jews».

How did the President react

During the tragedy the President was at Andrews air force base in Maryland. Shortly after the shooting in the synagogue trump told reporters that the United States should tighten the laws.

«If people do something like that, they should be sentenced to death,» said trump.

The President also added that, whether in the synagogue of Pittsburgh armed guards, they could instantly stop the shooter.

«Perhaps, in this case, it is not lost to nobody but himself. Very sorry that we even have to think about armed guards in churches, but this is the reality».
