The infamous rap artist Daniel Hernandez has again attracted media attention. It is reported that his entourage have a group attack on a security guard at one of the restaurants of Manhattan, after the group of young people, led Tekashi69, not allowed in the school.
As representatives of the police Department of new York (New York City Police Department – NYPD) the incident occurred on Friday evening, October 26. Hernandez, better known as Tekashi69 arrived to the restaurant Philippe Chow with his friends, including Zachary Banca and Fahem Walter. Noisy company tried to get into an elite institution, however, standing at the entrance the guard would not let them inside.

Being refused, the young people expressed their dissatisfaction and started rowing with the restaurant staff. At some point, the conflict escalated into a brawl: Bunce and Walter attacked the guard, striking him with a chair. The victim in self-defense, used firearms, wounding the Fahem Walter. The guy was hospitalized to the nearest hospital. Later it became known that his life is not in danger.
On Saturday, representatives of the NYPD said the attackers are arrested, they are suspected of gang assault. Lawyer Tekashi69 claims that at the time of the shooting, his client was not at the scene of the incident and this conflict he allegedly irrelevant. There is also no information about who the lawyers will protect Zachary Banca and Fahem Walter.
Tekashi69 regularly gets in the field sight of law enforcement. In 2015 he was convicted of having unlawful sex with a 13-year-old girl. The rapper, along with his friends, has sexual intercourse with a minor and filmed the process on video. Later, the artist posted a video on the Internet. For this crime to it threatens three years of prison.
Four months ago, the rapper was involved in another crime. However, this time the man was in the victim role. Hernandez was returning from the filming of the clip, when his car hit the SUV. The transport of armed men jumped out, which caused the man to change seats in their car.
Tekashi69 brought to his house, demanding to give all the jewels and money. In total, the attackers stole $770 thousand, and then pushed by in the trunk and drove away. Subsequently, Hernandez managed to move out of the SUV and with the help of a passing car to call 911.
