Tomorrow everyone will have one last chance to try their luck in the Diversity Green Card Lottery 2020. According to the U.S. Department of state, electronic filing of applications for a green card ends on the 6th of November at 12.00 am (EST).
If you haven’t filled out the form DS-5501 on the website dvlottery.state.gov to avoid unnecessary stress note that when sending applications to participate in the lottery you should be using an updated browser; users of older versions (e.g. Internet Explorer 8) is likely to run into problems with the online system DV.
Also do not forget that even if you put off filling out the form on the last day, it would be better to make all the necessary preparations you have done yourself (to collect the documents and make a photo that meets all the requirements). Some firms are fraudsters trying to profit at the expense of unsuspecting members. And most importantly, the bids are absolutely free! But if someone asks you to send money to participate in the DV Lottery 2020, this person or company is a 100% Scam.
Incidentally, despite the fact that to the picture, there are strict requirements, some experienced applicants do not even make it in the special shop. Good, now in times of modern technology it is not difficult to take a photo at home. Important! Each year, about 35 per cent of applicants do not pass the test, and this means that they can lose your chance to get the coveted green card. So take this process very seriously and don’t forget the main rule of filling out the questionnaire – be honest.
