A resident of Oklahoma is charged with first-degree murder. Victims of a woman was to her own children.
According to the statement published by the County Sheriff’s office Okmulgee, 38-year-old Amy Hall shot into the heads of their children — 18-year-old son Cisono Toliver and 16-year-old daughter Chloe Toliver, — while they were sleeping.
According to Hall, she also tried to shoot another of his daughter, who is 14 years old, but she fled to the bathroom and started to cry. Then the girl told her mother everything is fine, went to the Hall and took her gun.
As she told the woman she planned to kill herself after killing the children, but she was disturbed youngest daughter.
A representative of the Sheriff’s office Daston Todd reported that after the incident, Hall came out of their homes, sat in the car and drove a few miles at speeds over 100 mph (160 km/h) before stopped.
As it became known to a consequence, with her son in the bed was 18-year-old boy, who was not injured. According to Hall, she wasn’t planning to shoot him.

Law enforcement is still looking into the motive of the murder, but Hall said in the confession that «part» of her was trying to protect their children from who was their father.
Hall and her former husband divorced and for two years fought for custody of the children. Last month, he filed an urgent application for a temporary guardianship of the children. In 2016, the man claimed that his ex-wife is mentally unstable.
