Fresno PD (California) arrested 44-year-old Joey Francis Collins, whose 8-year-old daughter Joanna was killed under the wheels of the train. The woman accused of neglect of a child leading to his death, and in violation of human rights.

According to city police chief Jerry Dyer to catch the bus, Collins forced son and daughter to get under a train a mile long, blocking the railroad tracks.

According to an eyewitness, a few seconds after the train stopped, Collins told the children to hurry or they’ll miss the bus. «My mother told 9-year-old son go way, said Dyer. — He crawled under one of the wagons to get to the other side».

Then Collins told Joanna to follow your brother. The girl initially refused, but then still crawled under the car. At the same moment the train started, and pulled the child on the railroad tracks more than 150 meters. Collins ran for the train and got seriously wounded daughter from under the car. «We should call this person to answer,» said Dreyer.

A resident of Fresno David hunt was shocked by what he saw. «I’m still dizzy, can’t understand how it happened, he said. — I was not prepared for what I saw. Nothing could have prepared for such a tragedy.»
