The baby found in the woods of Oregon, had a fractured skull and drugs in the blood

The judge of the Deschutes County (Oregon) has increased the penalty to $500 thousand for the 26-year-old Brandon Blouin, who is accused of crimes against their own child, including the failure to provide care to minors and the threat to their well-being.

Accusations Blaine was revised after the district attorney released details of the incident.

In may of this year in the woods found 13-month-old boy. The child was naked, freezing, and a number were not adults. Then the police said that the son of a local resident Brandon Blaine who disappeared from home of the legal guardian at Parkersburg (West Virginia).

Now it became known that on that day, the boy was diagnosed with a fractured skull, a broken leg and found methamphetamine in the blood. The Prosecutor is sure that these injury to a child struck his father, who all this time wanted, and in late November was arrested.

DCSO detectives, with the assistance of the police Department of the city of bend was detained Brandon Blaine when he left the Motel «bend» on the morning of 28 November.

Now the man is in custody at the Sheriff’s office Deschutes County.
