The man who jumped the stage at a Taylor swift concert, arrested on suspicion of murder

29-year-old Christian Ewing, which in 2015 jumped on stage during a concert Taylor swift in California, was arrested last week on suspicion of murder.

December 5 at about 17:00 police in San Diego received a call informing them about the attack on 3900 Fifth Avenue, off highway number 5. According to Lieutenant Anthony Dupree, arriving officers found the victim — 57-year-old Gregory Freeman. A witness told investigators that the unknown beat the victim with some object, and then ran away.

Freeman was taken to a nearby hospital where he died from his injuries four days after the attack.

On Friday, December 21, Ewing was arrested for violation of parole, and yesterday, 24 December, he was named the Prime suspect in the murder of Freeman. Dupree notes that both Ewing and Freeman — were homeless.

Ewing was already known to the police in San Diego after 2015 he made his way to the speech of Taylor swift at Petco Park and jumped on stage. At that moment, he collided with the guards, killing one of the bodyguards received a fracture of the ribs. When the police asked Ewinga why he did it, he replied: «I love this girl.»

During the trial the man pleaded guilty to assault, and in 2017 he received parole.

According to ABC 10, a man was arrested in many States and Florida is still in effect a warrant for his arrest for theft.
