A strong storm hit California: 125 thousand homes and businesses without light

January 6 at Sacramento (California) was hit by heavy storm. Heavy wind, rain and fallen trees have been left without electricity for more than 125 million homes and businesses.

The electricity supply was restored 3 dozen employees utilities: 8 brigades, 5 specialists in Troubleshooting, operators and managers. Now without light remain about 12 thousand residents.

According to the California road service, heavy rain flooded several major roads in Galle — highway 99, in the Woodland highway 16 and downtown Sacramento — South lanes of interstate 5. From Sunday night reports of fallen trees blocking passage on the roads.
