Police Department NAPA (Napa Police Department – NPD) announced the arrest of a minor, who planned a massacre in two schools of the port city.
He was arrested after one of the students told about the intentions of a potential criminal to his parents. Law enforcement authorities believe that through these actions we managed to avoid the massacre.
«Based on available information collected at the moment, we believe that had prevented a possible tragedy,» – said in a statement to the police.

According to law enforcement officers, to arrange the shooting of a 14-year-old student had planned in schools River Middle School and Vintage High School. One of them, the guy studied. About their intentions, the teen told another student, threatening to kill him if he told anyone about the crime.
The child, frightened by this turn of events, on December 31, has told about all to parents. Adults treated the threat seriously and immediately contacted the police.

«Between the suspect and another student the student was correspondence on this subject. We haven’t found weapons. Also not found references to the date when it was supposed to happen,» said Patrick Manzer, officer NPD.
Nevertheless, the NAPA police are confident that the threat was absolutely real. The young man diligently studied everything that had to do with mass executions. Perhaps in the future he intended to get somewhere firearms. This question is now studied by the investigators.
The names and personal data of students were not disclosed because they are minors. Soon the police promised to speak with the final report.
