In a fire in Queens affected 1 person. The fire was extinguished more than 100 employees FDNY

As reported by the FDNY, more than 100 firefighters and employees of the rescue services fought a fire in a commercial building in College point, Queens, this morning, January 21.

The fire on 14th Avenue and 128th street started around 7:40 in the morning. When the fire service arrived on the scene, they found that the fire was the basement of the enterprise, which was a warehouse with toys, vitamins, and medical equipment.

According to firefighters, exploded oxygen tanks, causing part of the building collapsed. Smoke could be seen at a distance of 100 meters or more.

One man was found unconscious on the first floor and taken to medical center in critical but stable condition. In addition, three firefighters received non-hazardous to of life of injury. Were involved in 33 divisions of the FDNY, more than 138 firefighters and ambulance staff fought the fire for several hours.

NYC Emergency Management is asking people living near the scene, close the Windows due to heavy smoke.
